How do I setup project teams?

There are four options available to setup project teams:

1. Allow all employees to work on all tasks
2. Allow all employees to work on few tasks
3. Allow selected employees to work all tasks
4. Allow selected employees to work on few tasks

 You can choose different combinations of the above options.
