Here's how you can allow all employees to work on few tasks:
- Go to Customers in the sidebar.
- Click on a customer/project.
- Click on the Team tab.
- Click on the +New Assignment button.
- In the popup, enter All Employees in the employee name field.
- Choose Allow Employee to work on Assigned Tasks only.
- Click on Add facing the tasks you want to assign. This will move the tasks to the Assigned Task box.
- Click on Save & Close.
