Here's how you can setup project milestone/phases:
- Go to Customers in the sidebar.
- Click on a customer/project in the customer list for which you want to setup project milestone/phases.
- Go to the Billing Tab.
- Select Milestone/Phased from the Project Type drop-down.
- Click on +Add. You will see two options:
- Add Phase - create a phase
- Use Template - use an existing template
- Enter the phase details in the popup and click on Save & Close.
