How do I make an employee an approver?

  1. Click on Setup under Preferences in the Sidebar
  2. Click on Approval Workflow
  3. If you want Employee's time to be first approved by Employee's Manager then select Employee's Manager as shown in the screenshot below. Click on Assign Employee Approver. In in the popup select Approver for each employee. The approvers here are employees of the company.
  4. You can follow the same steps for Project Manager, Time Off, and Expense.
