Can I add classes to Timesheets?

Yes, you can add classes to Timesheets. There are two ways to do that:

  1. Let the user select Class while entering Timesheets.
  2. Assign Class to Timesheets automatically.

The user selects class in Timesheets:

  1. Click on Setup under Preferences in the Sidebar.
  2. Click on Timesheet Preferences under Preferences.
  3. Scroll down to Classes and check the option Show Classes on Timesheets.
  4. The user can now select Class when entering timesheet.

Assign class to Timesheets automatically 

  1. Click on Setup under Preferences in the Sidebar.
  2. Click on Timesheet Preferences under Preferences.
  3. Scroll down to Classes and uncheck the option Show Classes on Timesheets.
  4. Click on Class Allocation Rules.
  5. Select how you want TimeRewards to allocate Classes on timesheets.
