Why does employee name appear twice in QuickBooks invoice description?

If you use QuickBooks online, the 2014 version allows you to include employee name from timesheets as part of invoice description.

TimeRewards also lets you include employee name as part of invoice description.

You can turn off the option to include employee name as part of invoice description in TimeRewards by going to Setup | QuickBooks Preferences and uncheck the 'Add Employees Name to Timesheet Notes' box.
