Why do employees and customers added to TimeRewards not sync with QuickBooks?

If you use QuickBooks, we recommend that you maintain your Master Data in QuickBooks and sync that with TimeRewards. To avoid data getting out of sync we allow only one-way sync for employees, customers and service items. 

If you want a two-way sync, we request you to contact us at support@timerewards.com to enable this feature for you.
