Usually, this occurs when the Sync Download Tool has not been installed properly. You will need to first uninstall the tool. Once you have finished uninstalling, download this file to your desktop, and click on it to run the download tool:
Windows 10: Uninstall TimeRewards
Open the Start menu.
Click System on the Settings menu.
Select Apps & features from the left pane.
A list of all installed apps appears in the right pane
Search for "quickbooks sync” in that search box and you will see entries like “QuickBooks Sync Download Tool” and/or “TimeRewards QuickBooks Sync Tool”.
Click the Uninstall button that appears.
Download and Run TimeRewards
Click on the link below to download TimeRewards to your desktop
Click on the downloaded app to run it
